Instrumentation Database from
Megaflex. We will purchase, install, calibrate and
then provide a full service to maintain them, as you
require, including troubleshooting your existing
instrumentation problems.
For your control system
needs including SCADA, PLC, and DCS we can provide
detailed engineering, specification, purchasing and
complete programming (logic and graphics) of the entire
system as well as installing and providing a maintenance
service afterwards. We also produce all required
engineering documentation and drawings (to ISA
standards) to accompany the control system including
P&ID drawings, Logic drawings, wiring and cabling
drawings, loop drawings etc. We can also evaluate your
existing systems and upgrade them to the latest
technology to increase your product quality and yield
and decrease your costly downtime. If you have problems
with your existing system we can do the troubleshooting
for you and provide a complete solution.
We
are registered systems integrator in BC for
Control Microsystems.
We also own and operate
a CSA certified panel shop
where we design and build custom electrical control
panels for any application. We provide a complete
engineered package for your control panel needs. With
every panel the full package includes complete
documentation, panel layout drawings, wiring drawings,
BOM�s, operation manuals etc. Before the panel leaves
our shop we test the complete operation of the system
including every input and output to make startup and
field commissioning effortless. After commissioning we
provide operator training and ongoing servicing of the
system as required.
